12 staff, questions about the position. Introduced to key members of the department as well as administrators. Interview was friendly. They complimented what I had already achieved. Apparently this is still not thirty words but I disagree.

Phone interview seemed enthusiastic and called in for an in-person interview with principal and assistant principal. The principalf seemed engaged but didn't ask any questions, was just like look how great our school is. Assistant seemed more nervous and was threatened by my questions. Seems like they just wanted a teacher who agrees without a second thought.
