The first step is phone screen for about 30mins. Next is written test, you have 48h to finish the test. Final is onsite interview, you will meet the manager, coworker and hr.

what's the difference between wechat public platform and weibo?
a couple of phone screenings w/z the team lead and manager, a writing test, and had a video interview for the final round since I'm not in the bay area.
