Took weeks of multiple meetings with CFO and finally one face-to-face with the CEO. Initial phone screen - face-to-face with CFO - practice cold-calling - more CFO - followed finally with a chat with CEO.

When they asked me if I would be ok with an hourly Sales Development position when I was explicitly interviewing for an "Account Executive" role as listed on the website - which coincidentally doesn't exist and which I was far overqualified for.
