Had two phone interviews. First one was with a director of operations who had done interviewing for years. Spoke about the company and my resume. Asked me to compare the different positions I had in the past. Second interview was with the lead developer. He got fixated on one technology listed on my resume (that wasn't my main focus) out of interest. Was concerned with out systems worked rather than just putting them into practice.

first round was technical . as the position was for software developer.they asked java questions and data structure.
