The interview process went extremely smooth. Never made me feel uncomfortable. They explained everything about the role and how the culture is unmatched. Helped me understand if I was ready to work in a fast pace new start up environment.

Entretien
Position was originally advertised in Londonderry NH, with relocation to either Arizona or Vermont, however Vermont was not a relocation option and should not have been advertised. I went through two interviews, before withdrawing my application. The initial pre-screen with the recruiter was very pleasant and she was very nice, where we then set up a virtual interview with the recruiter and hiring manager.
The interview with the hiring manager was not pleasant, as I was repeatedly grilled about the my experience in finance and my knowledge of financial terms and processes, when the position was advertised as "entry level", with 1-2 years experience required, but required a 1 year training period in NH. When the hiring manager realized I was not as experienced as he would have liked, his answers became very short with me and became unwilling to answer the questions after the interview.
