Great, all questions where relatable and to acquire most of the details of the candidate, I'm was into the field prior to this Internship so I was able to answer all, but an not technical person will might face trouble while answering.

My screening process involved two rounds of telephonic interview in which the first call was related to the JD which was posted on LinkedIn, and to check whether I am eligible or not. Then comes the second call of interview, in which they checked mine soft communication skill as well as the domain of expertise. Lastly, they sent the online assignment via Qpage. That is it.

Introduction, whether am ok for this unpaid internship for 3 months or not, soft skill check, what is Emotional Intelligence with regards to the HRM, Why I have chosen HRM, then got the online assignment via QPage in which I was asked what is the future aspiration and my views on it, etc.?

Entretien
There were 2 rounds. Round 1 being the basic and round 2 based on Situational questions, in the hr domain. The interview was a smooth process and done in one day itself. Overall the hr dept was quick in its working and providing feedback and offer based on interview.
