They called me to schedule an interview after I applied online. Met with shift supervisor depending on which shift you apply for. It was pretty casual. I got taken on a mini tour of the actual lab, for background information, before continuing with the actual interview. Takes place in the supervisor's office for a one on one interview, asked the usual personality questions.

A phone interview with a recruiter and a one-on-one interview with the lab manager followed about a week later. In-person interview covered standard questions about work style, career goals, and previous experience. The interviewer was nice and was transparent about the work expected in the role. The interview lasted approximately half an hour, followed by a tour of the lab.
