Talked through email, phone, then had 2 video interviews. First with an HR type person asking general questions, then a technical interview with coding questions and relevant skills. They then GHOSTED me after I sent a thank you email to both interviewees and talked to the recruiter through email. Cannot understand why they would stop communicating after wasting all that time.
