I applied and not too long after (like within the week) I was emailed to set up a phone screen interview. Phone screen interview went well surprisingly enough. The interviewer was very nice and very easy to talk to. I could tell that she was not really affiliated with the department for which I would be working. I've never felt more relaxed during a phone screen. I'm actually quite surprised I didn't get a call back since the interview went so well. Didn't hear back about the position until over a month later.

Interview was set up pretty quickly. Interviewers were slightly late. Questions asked were related to the job listing and they were professional. Nothing too detailed and no personal questions were asked. It was overall an average experience.

A day after I applied I got to schedule a a phone interview with a recruiter. If that goes well your information gets sent to the hiring manager. Then within a week you have to do an in person interview.
