I applied online and pretty much the next day I got an email to schedule a phone interview. The phone interviewer was very good and very clarkie to the point but the recruiter after that was pretty bad. She kept getting my time zone wrong and kept forgetting to send me an email to confirm the time and place for the in person interview. The two ladies I interviewed this were really nice and extremely informative. They really gave the full picture of what an average day and an average week in this position would be like. The both asked the typical star questions. The name a time when you failed in a group or name a time that you went above and beyond to help a client. Questions like that. They also followed up very quickly. I got an offer a week after I went in for the in person interview

I applied online and got a request for a phone screen the next week. After the phone screen, a hiring manager contacted me to arrange an in-person interview for the following week. The in-person interview lasted about 2 hours and I interviewed with two separate people. They each asked 2-5 behavioral questions, which were very easy (assuming you're prepared). Everyone I spoke to was very personable and it was overall one of the most painless interviews I've had. The next day I received a call offering me the job. The overall process took about 2 weeks.
