Entretien
First there will be a phone interview with someone from H.R. then that will be followed by a face to face interview with the area supervisor. At the second interview you will be asked to demonstrate your technical skill at drawing blood but the majority of the interview will revolve around customer service questions and various scenarios and your answers will be graded and depending on the grade will determine if you are hired.

nothing to unexpected just be ready to answer many different customer service questions as Labcorp is big on customer service they actually take their customer satisfaction survey cards and complaints seriously
HR, Hiring Manager and the team were rather nice, feedback was positive but switched to complete ghosting. I was surprised that they switched from being very excited to zero communication

3 interviews. Could not get specific details regarding health benefits. I did not see a change in the questions asked on all 3 interviews. 2 interviews handled by a supervisor unfamiliar with his job responsibilities or the company.
