The interview process was straightforward. Had a quick phone screen where they asked if I was comfortable with animal testing, if I have ever been affiliated with an animal rights group, etc. Then we set up a video interview, this lasted about an hour I think, behavioral style questions and interviewers were very friendly (one more than the other).

Went through a presentation at first, describing the job position. Then answered basic questions, like tell me about yourself and how you feel working with animals. Good to know that you work a lot of weekends and some holidays, like New Years, Christmas, Thanksgiving, etc... Also good chance you need to have some late nights.
