The hiring and interviewing process went quickly for me. I applied for the job on Monday, and was immediately contacted by an HR rep. over the phone to set up a phone interview. I completed the phone interview on Tuesday and was contacted by the lab manager the same day to set up a face to face interview. I interviewed on Friday and was hired that following Monday. Most of the questions I was asked were technical questions with very few behavioral questions.
