Phone interview was short and consisted of a couple behavioral questions and an overview of job history. In-person interview consisted of two 45-minute sessions of behavioral questions answered using the STAR method. This was followed by a tour of the facility. The whole interview was casual and low-pressure.

Went through a presentation at first, describing the job position. Then answered basic questions, like tell me about yourself and how you feel working with animals. Good to know that you work a lot of weekends and some holidays, like New Years, Christmas, Thanksgiving, etc... Also good chance you need to have some late nights.
