I went to the walk-in interview. The lady saw my resume me and told me that i am not a great fit because I am too close to graduation. She only hires those who have 2-3 years before graduation. I tried my best but she didn't want me because when I graduate in 4 months, i will be overqualified for the position. She is not ok with that situation even though I am ok with lower salary.

The interview process for the specimen processor was a very easy process. It only took at 20 mins and my interviewers were very nice and made me comfortable. The most relaxed interview I have ever been on

It was very informal, a tour of the laboratory and a run down of the day to day duties and responsibilities. It lasted for about an hour. Very low stress.
It was an easy process. Not to many questions asked. Just about experience and they went over what was expected for the position. Asked if I was quick with learning , if I was adaptable to new environments.
