Applied online and i got an email to schedule a phone screen. response after applying was pretty fast. i proceeded to the onsite interview were i had two girls interview me. they were very unprofessional and probably didn't know most about the position requirements as they both struggled to answer my questions. the interview last about 15mins. i am still a college student a looking for jobs against graduation in a couple months. I was overqualified for the position i applied for and i thought the reason i didn't get the offer was because i am not available to start till may 2018 or they just couldn't pay close to the amount i was asking for.
