I applied online through the website. I did a phone screen and was invited for an in-person interview. The interview is in the STAR format and very detailed. They want you to take your time with the answers so it's best to articulate your responses well. I interviewed with 2 people who were very professional and easy going. It took awhile to hear back due to the holidays and waiting for them to finish interviewing the other candidates. I was contacted a few days ago letting me know I got the position.
