You meet with two of their recruiters and take a basic computer skills test. Both recruiters ask you the same questions which seemed like a waste of time. I liked that the recruiters ask you both what positions you're looking for and what you aren't interested in. The interview itself went well and I left excited that I'd have this agency helping me in my job search. However, after no one followed up with me and I've only been offered two interviews for outside jobs since then by them. Both positions are specifically what i asked them not to consider me for. Also, when I did ask about a position listed on their website, I never heard back. I think the positions on their website are fake and just to get people interested in using their service. Overall, not helpful at all and a waste of time.
