Very drawn out. Spoke with multiple people from the company, which finished off with the hiring manager. She seemed to ask my questions regarding my ability to communicate effectively with others. The position was not offered to me due to my lack of questions regarding working there. The internal recruiter called me back rather swiftly to let me know that they could not move forward with my application.

You will have a screening with a recruiter, then a call with the recruiting manager, and finally go in for a presentation in front of the recruiting team- in office
Very thoughtful and thorough. Quite a few interviews but they’re organized and the company just wants to make sure they fit you with the right team. Strategic and professional! I enjoyed everyone I spoke with and it reassured me of the position and working with the company all in all.
After speaking with an internal recruiter at Lasalle, I had interviews scheduled with three different Directors. Two of the three interviewers had arrived late or not at all, and the third rescheduled at the last minute.
