I went through 3 rounds of interviews. The first one being the initial LaSalle Interview, during which I inquired about internal positions. Then I interviewed at the loft and then once more back at the Main office on LaSalle. The whole process was very straightforward and efficient. the recruiting team did a great job of communicating with me and preparing me for each step in the process
