I spoke with a woman back in November of last year and had an initial phone call with a woman. She told me I would be a great fit and they wanted to keep the process moving. As I was going abroad, she said she wanted to set up a second phone call. A week or two went by, I sent a follow up email-- nothing. I waited until after the first of the year, sent another email-- nothing. Was told the process was being extended. Another month went by with silence. Send an email--no response again. Another email sent a month after the last-- nothing. Just sent ANOTHER follow up email-- not expecting to hear anything. Very disappointed that this process was handled in such an unprofessional manner. Emailing someone back is not a difficult feat.

The interview process was very straightforward. I spoke with a corporate recruiter first for 30 min. They actually dug in fairly deep. From there I spoke with a recruiting manager and a practice manager. At the end of all of this there was a case study.
