The interview lasted about 45 minutes. We went over my résumé together. She asked questions about my previous child care jobs to see if I was a good fit. I was told how they do things there and what the work culture is and she offered me a position. Even with an offer, they’re is a fair amount of paperwork and a handful of things to add to your to do list. Expect to be fingerprinted and if you’ve lived in other states outside of where you live now, they may have you take some paperwork to a notary. In my state, there was 13 hours worth of online modules to complete before the first day and I had to be screened for TB.

I went to a job fair and got interviewed on the spot. The lady who did my interview so very friendly and nice and put me totally at ease. The interview itself took about twenty to thirty minutes. Afterwards, She showed me the classrooms and told me she's really interested in me and asked if I would want to work there. But before that could happen she said I needed to pass some kind of assessment and get my Finger Prints done. Then called me and said next week after getting approval from the management that she will call me and get me working.
