three short interviews one after another, they asked pretty standard interview questions and were very nice people. first was the most senior then less senior in that order. also know why you want to work there and why you like la perla and have your answer prepped. They have you fill out the application there which was not awesome because you have to fill it out in between people coming in to interview you
