Met with managers multiple times and left My contact information. Left resumes with managers and even had referrals from multiple employees. Sat down to talk to a manager twice. Then the general manager called me in. We talked about service standards from previous retardants I had worked in. He had similar experiences.
He offered me a tryout. I came in and bussed tables and was tested on the etiquette the restaurants standards required. I was asked to remember table numbers and positions. The manager asked me to stay longer and offered me the job right then.
I had experience as a server at high end restaurants and was asked to serve after month.
