Process was fast and easy. I did the application and received a phone screening. couple days after I received a call for the actual interview. I was interviewed by the HR manager and one of the instructor.

Very well organized. 3 people asked a series of questions, usually based on your own past experience. Most of the questions require you to give an example based on your past work experience.
