Entretien
Super easy. Took in my resume and signed up for the hiring party. At the party I was very outgoing and they seem to like that. I volunteered for everything and was very talkative. Research what the company stands for. Its core values and mission statement will show them that you're interested in the company itself and not just want to work there for a check. Dress business casual, smile and take in a resume if they ask you to go to a hiring party. If you go in for a second interview have knowledge of the products and be relaxed. Dont be nervous! Have fun with it.
First there was a phone interview about 10-15 minutes long. I believe the phone interview was meant to see if there was a personality fit. If you passed the phone interview, there were scheduled in person interviews. The in person interview was basically a role-play sales demo selling a product of your choice after reading product description/details

Entretien
It was first a phone call going over basic requirements, then an in-store interview going over a series of questions. Then they jumped right into doing mock demos to see how you could come across to customers
