Entretien
I didn’t get a call two hours past our interview time. I then reached out to be told that they were short staffed and the interview “went over their head”. After completing the phone interview that took 1 hour the very next day we scheduled an in person interview that was blocked off for two hours. I arrive at the interview promptly and on time and had to wait 15 minutes before we could begin. The overall interview was me role-playing and selling products. Was expected to know the products without being a formal employee. Not knowing the products very well, I was hindered from doing my best performance and was told “I had some tweaking to do”. I didn’t get an email when I was told I would regarding time slots for my last and final interview, but never received anything. I spent two hours of my time on a “interview”. Pay was discussed and it was low for the role.

Entretien
I only had one phone interview but the hiring manager was very respectful of my time and schedule. The questions were straight forward and experience based. If you are interviewing with them have your specific examples and any data possible ready.

Entretien
Phone Interview, two follow up interviews. The phone interview was sort of a standard interview, then the follow up interviews were with the store manager and the area/regional manager.
