“The process had four stages. First I took an online assessment covering quantitative aptitude, logical reasoning, and basic technical/programming questions. Those who passed got a technical interview, where they asked about my projects, OOPs, SQL/DBMS, and some coding problems (arrays, strings etc.). Finally there was an HR/behavioural interview to check communication, team fit, strengths/weaknesses, and why I want to join LTIMindtree.”

Finally, the process culminated in an HR discussion—a thoughtful dialogue centered on the synergy between my personal aspirations and the vision of LTI.
