J'ai postulé via un recruteur. J'ai passé un entretien chez LTK en déc. 2020

First round interview went well, then interviewed with two individuals at the company. These individuals played a bigger role in the projects. One did not seem very knowledgable regarding architecture and best practices but the most concerning to me was a few of the questions they asked me. There were three questions regarding how I work and management. They asked if I mind being managed, how my relationship with my previous manager was, and am I ok with my manager telling me what to do without any resistance. This came off as a very micro-managing organization and after reading the other reviews on here that makes sense.
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
Q: "How well do you deal with being managed?"
Q: "What was your past relationship with your managers?"
Q: "Do you have any issues with being told what to do and when to do it?"
Q: "What are some architecture patterns you have used?"
Recruiter told me that first round would be a coding interview. When I joined the interview, it was a system design interview and I felt unprepared and flustered. Interviewer was condescending and cold. I would avoid working here, does not seem like it would be a collaborative or enjoyable environment to work in

It's a one-dimensional interview process consisting of coding rounds and system design. In the coding rounds, you will be asked Leetcode style questions. Even if you come up with a working solution, despite passing everything else, you might fail. They won't hesitate to string you along with complete radio silence for more than a week until they need something from you. I'm not actually convinced they're actually hiring for certain positions. Overall, it was a bizarre and frustrating experience. Avoid unless you are desperate.
Meets screen and then a 2 hour panel. Some of the interviewers were unprepared with questions and one asked me tangential questions about a subject that wasn't on my resume. Reached out multiple times after the interview for some feedback and never got a response.
