J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 1 semaine. J'ai passé un entretien chez LTIMindtree en janv. 2023
Entretien
I interviewed 2 times with them. First time I was rejected. Second time I was selected.
Interview was super tough and comprised of 4 rounds of 1 hour grilling each. First round was taken by a person who wasn't that confident but anyways he managed to grill me on core Java and basic coding practices. Second round was taken by an arrogant manager who was in super rush. He kept stopping me in the middle of my answer and kept asking the next question. I had to be superfast in answering. Second round was mostly focused on Multithreading. Third round was again by a manager, but he asked only basics of backend Architecture and Microservices. Fourth round was a client round where the client asked me some Java questions and then gave me some situational questions.
It was a very nice experience interviewing at LTI Mindtree. Interviewer was polite and patiently listens the ans.Starting with basic ques and project details then deep dive to the java core concepts.

The first round they asked mostly on microservices architecture and java basics and spring boot.handling events spring security and apache kafka. Dynamic proxy transaction propogation spring stereotypes component scanning auto configuration
I am not sure what are the entire rounds,
I have attended round 1 which is a technical discussion.
Mostly the question are on microservices scenario based.
Few from cloud, spring boot and java
Also had 2 problem solving questions, complete code is not required, only pseudo code is asked to write.
Example questions:
- Reg API gateway
- How Auto-scaling works and its types
- scenarios on multiple micro services and its communication medium.
Once interview got completed i got a mail to upload my documents
