The first step was a fun questionnaire that asked about your opinions on various aspects of software engineering/programming. The next step was a 1 hour cloud-based IDE programming test, there was also a small preliminary problem to be solved in your own time to get you used to the IDE. Then cam the in person HR interview immediately followed by a technical interview. After lunch came a 3 hour programming test.
