Quick and simple, straight to the point. The company knows what it is looking for and outlines it in the details prior to the interview. Management was thoughtful and took the time to get to know me personally, and made the interview less tense and more of a conversation.

Just completed my first interview today and it was a great experience. It was not just telling me about the company but really asking me about myself as opposed to just sticking to what my resume said.
