The whole process took 6 weeks and about 5-6 interviews. I was offered a verbal offer and then was told the team would email me regarding start dates and with an official offer. After 2 weeks of being ghosted, they emailed me saying I didn't get the job. Extremely unprofessional and throughout the entire process it seemed they did not know what they were doing as no one seemed to have communicated with one another.
