The interview process started off as one could typically expect. At first, I was chatting with a person from HR seemingly to qualify me for the position with standard question about company. This was slightly before salaries were required to be listed on job description, so it was not indicated. When they asked my salary expectation, I was in line with the requirements and my 25+ years of experience, but the interview didn't last much longer once we weren't close on salary.
