Phone recruiter call and 2 rounds of interviews, one with the hiring manager and then another teammate. Phone screen and interview is simple and straightforward. My interview experience was very, very negative however. It took 3 weeks just to get the interview scheduled on calendar because the hiring manger went on vacation or something. After the long wait, we finally interviewed, but the hiring manager was 5 minutes late to the 30-minute meeting and throughout the interview she looked very stressed out and preoccupied. She mentioned she had a bunch of emails and meetings throughout the day and was multitasking during my interview. She seemed very disinterested in meeting with me and I already knew halfway through it that I'm no longer interested in working for LPL Financial if this rude and disrespectful manager is in charge of hiring... LPL Financial is more like LOL Financial.
