It was a 5 min screener interview. Recruiter did not call at the scheduled time because he did not remember we were in different time zones - he was PST and I was EST. Was not too pleased having to sit by the phone for nothing. However at the rescheduled interview, he was very apolgetic and then we went over my work background. I should know about the next stage in a week.

Interview process was quite challenging. The interviewers asked a lot of questions involving different scenarios you might be faced with at a call center. Initially, I applied online. I met with one person in the beginning who highlighted some of my qualifications that were related to customer service. After I met with AVP and another worker for a more formal interview.
