Phone interview and in-person interview with staffing firm. Completed skills test. 1 in person interview with 2 managers at LPL. Interview was fairly relaxed. Managers asked about my previous experience and described the daily job duties.

you sumbit the apllication and a recruiter will be in touch with you. they ask you a series of questions and then you are forwarded on to the hiring manager. they will email or conatct you to set up an interview and then you go in for a 3 panel interview in conference room, basic interview question and answer format, about 45 minutes long. very relaxed environment
