First interview was with Temp Company, then sent to Lpa.....everyone was very polite, we all had alot in common, they showed me the plans that I would be working on... and mostly talked about personal things. I was not interviewed by the manager but by the guy who would be my supervisor. They didn't ask any technical questions or want to see any of my work.
