Phone screening followed by an invitation to interview in person a few weeks later. I was interviewed by a 3-person panel where they asked me questions about my past experience and career aspirations. Pretty standard. The interview was immediately followed by some excel (filters, pivot tables, vlookups) and basic analysis (summarize an article) exercises that I submitted via computer. I was told that they would follow up within a couple of weeks, but never heard back.
