Fairly simple. I interviewed online first and then was contacted for an in person interview where I was asked basic questions about who I was a person and my ability to work with others. The asked about my clothing style and how quickly I can pick up on working the register.

Was interviewed by upper management. Interview process was very fair. The manager conducted the interview privately and asked basic questions that required no preparation about company culture or company history. They really are just trying to get a feel for your personality, availability, and work ethic.
