J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 4 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez LMI Technologies
Entretien
1) HR phone call
2) Technical Assessment (Take-home)
3) Technical interview about the assessment + more coding challenges
4) interview with a higher up, mostly behavioural and team fit
I think they outsource their recruiters, as the HR recruiter I spoke with had no technical understanding of anything, a strong accent, and was extremely unprofessional. I was told the technical assessment was automatically sent out after the first phone call, but I never got it and so I sent a follow-up email, and was told the team was reviewing my resume and it would be sent in the next couple of days. It has been a month, and the recruiter has ghosted any follow-up emails. It should also be noted that when I was asked what my expected compensation was, the recruiter sounded uneasy at my initial "high" number, even though it was within the budget in the posting. Then, after a while, the posting was edited to a much lower number. I would think negotiating would be the professional choice since I told the recruiter a pay cut would be considered, since their company culture aligns with me, but it seems like ghosting is the easier option.
It's a shame because it seems the work culture and environment were really good, and I looked forward to interviewing with the engineering team.
