Second interview was almost an hour where they try to convince you to come in a work at the lowest level although the described position I applied for was not that. The pay is very sketchy. Firms like this prey on young professionals trying to get their foot in the door somewhere. They get free labor out of them. The interview feels more like a sales call in which the interviewer begins to try and convince you to take the job. Super cringy experience. Keep an eye out, there are multiple firms out there with the same business model.
