The interview process is very long and they are not very honest about timelines. They informed me that they gave me an offer but have been waiting for more than 4 months. They did not inform me that the project was not awarded yet.

Entretien
The interview lasted for 30 minutes, the panel introduced themselves and spoke about the role. I was asked 3 questions. After the interview ended I did not hear back from them. More than 2 weeks past by and I email the HR team asking for an update, I got a fast response saying that my offer letter was going through approvals!

Quick interview for a contract bid. They asked me basic qualifications of the job description but not much else. I mainly only said yes or no to having the necessary job requirements.
