Fairly Standard Process we sat down and spoke about the company and position. I was able to ask questions about the position and company. They asked me about my background and about my skill set and and experience.

1. Had a phone interview with the CTO and dev lead for the team I was going to be on. 2. Was sent a code challenge to complete. This was a reasonable length and of reasonable difficulty. 3. Was invited for an on site. The on site was with the HR manager, dev lead, and CTO. Everyone I met was nice and the interview process was reasonable. They asked some ice breaker questions as well as some technical questions. The technical questions weren't obscure gotcha questions. 4. Was sent another assessment on general problem solving ability. This was reasonable.
