Meet with the owners and talk to them. Pleasant. One is more easy going than the other. Small town company feel, but still serious work. Many people stay their for years while the custom dept was a revolving door.

Entretien
The interview consisted of two one on one interviews. I first met with the senior account director, then with one of the company's partners. Questions were fairly standard: strengths and weaknesses, why interested in the company, etc. The interview was very informational. They gave me information on the company as well as a chart detailing the different professional levels.
