Applied online, then onsite interview with HR and line manager after conducting an 1 hour written test. The whole interview process took almost 3 hours but got ghosted at the end. Never received response from their HR after sending a follow-up email. This is disrespectful to the candidate who spent a decent amount of time for attending a relatively intense interview.
