J'ai postulé en personne. Le processus a pris 1 semaine. J'ai passé un entretien chez LF Stores (New York, NY) en avr. 2016
Entretien
It was really quick and the girls were friendly. The store was really messy and unorganized. there were papers all over the desk. There wasn't even a place for me to sit. I felt like I aced the interview, but maybe I wasn't skinny enough ? Not sure, but I applied again to another location and have an interview tomorrow.

Had a quick FaceTime interview that asked typical interview questions and some specific to fashion - where do you shop, fashion influences, why LF, etc. then had an in-store interview that was a very relaxed vibe, all the girls were very friendly and welcoming. Questions about the proper LF experience and how to give that, the outfit I wore, and then had me put together an outfit from the floor.

The interview process was simple, but also tedious. First, you will send your resume/bring in your resume to an LF store location. They will call you with further information about coming in for an in-person interview. The in person interview was very easy and simple! They ask basic questions that you should be able to answer if you feel passionate about the brand and job you're applying for. After that, you will set up a FaceTime call with the manager at the LF LA location (if you aren't in that area). The FaceTime call is simple too, but the questions are a little more in depth. I had to do two FaceTime calls because the manager was not present during my first one. Overall, the process was not bad!
