I first had an interview at a career fair at my college. I was then invited for a more formal interview at their office in New York City. It was a fairly straight forward interview where I met and spoke with the staff, toured the office, and had a short written quiz. Although the quiz wasn't too intensive and had some good questions, I marked the interview as difficult because this is something that I have not had to do in my other interviews.

The interview starts with introduction and quick conversation and then followed up by test, lunch and quick tour. Test deals with basic engineering questions. The interviewer was very nice to explain what to expect there and to introduce a few people who shared their experience.
