I had one phone interview, after that it was on site interview with HR and Quality Team Leader. They were very friendly. We had a free discution based on the experience.

I emailed them my cv and they contacted me shortly after that, the process took 3 interviews plus initial assessment tests (english, IQ, statistics), followed by an HR interview, a technical interview, and a final section head interview.

2 engineers and 1 HR Head asking questions at the same time. Some of them are just trying to look smart and act as if they know everything.
They asked questions like
