It was a thirty minute phone call discussing previous experience and how you benefit their team culture. A lot of discussion of what Learfield does and your responsibilities in the position.

Entretien
The interview process started with a quick 15 minute call to give information about yourself and get information on the position. It was followed by a video call interview that was about 30+ minutes. Overall it was very conversational meant to ease your nerves so that you could speak of yourself to the best of your ability.
